Cold chamber molds, also known as cold chamber die-casting molds, are mainly used for die-casting production of high melting point metals such as aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys, magnesium and its alloys. On cold chamber die-casting machines, aluminum alloy parts make up the vast majority.

2. Hot chamber mold
Hot chamber molds, also known as hot chamber die casting molds, are suitable for the production of lead, zinc, aluminum, copper, magnesium and their alloy products. The structure of a hot chamber mold is simpler and easier to operate than a cold chamber mold, but the manufacturing of aluminum alloy parts is more difficult.
3. Semi solid mode
Semi solid molds are actually a new type of mold used for manufacturing ultra large aluminum alloy components. The mechanical properties of their aluminum alloy parts are superior and stable, and do not require subsequent processing.
4. Multi cavity mode
Multi cavity mold refers to the simultaneous production of multiple castings in the same mold. This mold is suitable for mass production of the same parts, which can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
